distractions
This screen shot caught my attention the other day because of the word "distractions". On one hand I accept God is oft doing His thing in me/as me, I can't help but think the cameras (for me at least) are both a blessing and a burden. They are certainly one way the Lord connects me with other people. Like my meeting with Santi of Friday afternoon, he used my desire to get not just a motorbike but a trail bike that had me wait to visit with Santi outside Best Buy yesterday. He clearly knew something I didn't, but His purpose was quickly revealed and we discovered each knew the Lord and was thankful for the brief encouragement.
On one hand our friend Norman Grubb says that the evil one is "God's convenient agent", but sometimes we only see the evil ones efforts to distract us so his subtlety goes undetected for a little while, but when we wake up and remember we eat from the tree of life and that "life is" and we live from "I am" (not good or bad as this is from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and our good is never God's good, remember Jesus said their is none good but the Father) then whatever happens we just accept without judgement and move on through to the next thing in front of us to do; living waters flowing out from us.
